Grades Pre-k through 8th

To parents of 5th and 6th graders:

     We are in need of items for our February auction baskets.  The 5th grade voted for a country fair theme.  We could use items related to this theme, including jars of jams, jellies and other preserves, checkered tablecloth and/or napkins, boxes or tins of popcorn and anything related to popcorn (butters, bowls, etc.)

     The 6th grade voted for school supplies.  Suggested items are notebooks, packages of pens, pencils of all colors, binders, tape, glue, scissors, etc. 

5 and 6 religion -  Chapter 10 test Tues.  over pgs 69-74.  Read and do voc for chapter 11, pgs 77-79.

5 and 6 English - Test Thurs.  over pgs 458-479.  Study and do exercises  for pgs 473-480. 

7 and 8 English -   Adjective tests were returned last week Fri. for parents to see.  Begin verbs; read and do exercises for pgs 357-373.

5 science - Test Wed. over pgs 100-108.  Read and do voc for pgs 114-118.  DRAFT OF EARTH DAY POSTER IS DUE THIS FRIDAY, JAN. 13.

6 science - Test Wed. over pgs 140-146.  Do Punnett square worksheet.  Read and do voc for pgs 152-156.

7 and 8 science -  Read and do voc for pgs 633-641.  Chapter 22 test next week.
