*Play organized games. Warm up in their rows- Every exercise they do to half-court then sprint to end base line. Skip, Shuffle, Hop, Sprint, and Lunge. Stretch lower and upper body.
*Ruling following and game directions- Wiffleball.

Objective- Develop skills needed to play an organized game of volleyball.
Stations with the net. Work on set and continue the underhand serve with partners about 10 feet away. After a couple of trails have them increase the distance. Once enough practice has been completed have them serve and set over the net. When they serve have a target for them to hit. A couple of hula-hoops in different spots will be the targets they will try to serve into. |
