Thank you to all of the parents who spoke at masses and promoted St. Mary's at local parishes. I know this took courage, but the Holy Spirit was at work.
I am really looking forward to Catholic Schools Week! Today our 7th and 8th graders go to Lansing for mass at the cathedral. Thanks to Booster's for coffee and donuts following morning prayer. I am also getting pumped up for our Terrific Kids Assembly at 2:30 followed by a pep rally with our very own Powers State Champion Football players speaking to our students about Christian leadership on and off the field. Tomorrow we have "Shamrock Games" planned. Thank you Mrs. Kovel for all of your hard work organizing this event. Teachers will let students know what color t-shirt to dress your child in.
Also, I have been informed that the Texas Hold 'em book is available to all for open sign up now in the school office. Don't miss this opportunity to volunteer your time and earn tuition assistance.
